FOR OVER 40 YEARS

The Burn O’ Bennie Site has been operating as a yard and storage facility. The site originally housed a water mill, when the mill closed down the building was leased as a workshop and storage facility to local businesses. The facility has grown considerably with the original building being replaced with units of varying sizes. Today the site provides storage solutions for over 60 commercial and domestic customers. Our own family run business has been based here for over 35 years.

THE SITE

The Burn O’ Bennie site in Banchory, an ideal location in the heart of Aberdeenshire, just off the Banchory to Aberdeen road. Access from the main road is wide with limited traffic and available 24/7. The site is secured with modern security gates and live 24hr security cameras including night vision. A member of staff is on site during the day and regular security patrols are made through the night.

Is there access for a removals lorry?
Yes, there is plenty room for HGV entry and turning within the site.
What security measures are there?
The yard is patrolled regularly throughout the day and night and there is 24hr CCTV.
Are the containers wind and water tight?
Yes, completely but please see our advice on how to store items.
Can someone sign for deliveries?
If requested, deliveries can be signed for, however they will not be checked as correct or undamaged.
What is currently available in the yard?
There is often very limited availability, however things are changing all the time, so please contact us by phone or email for the latest availability.
What is the cost?
Units and containers are leased on a monthly basis and the cost varies depending on the size of the unit. Please contact us with your requirements.
Can I store a vehicle?
Yes from motorcycles to HGV’s
Is there power in the stores?
Some of the smaller units have power and the larger units all have power.
Is there water in the stores?
Water is available on site and some of the larger units have water within.
